Little Box of Crystals has our own team of drivers that personally hand deliver to business or home addresses in Brisbane. The benefit of this service, is that your gift stays with us until delivery. Should any delivery issues occur, we make every effort to resolve the issue and complete delivery on the same day when possible.
Shipping By Courier is a term for all orders being delivered to areas outside our local delivery zone and will be shipped via one of our trusted third-party couriers. Such orders will be carefully packaged for shipping purposes.

If you realise you’ve forgotten to write a greeting card message, don’t worry! Simply e-mail us the message you’d like to include (you can reply directly to your order confirmation), and we’ll do our best to update it for you.
Special terms apply to Direct Deposit:
Direct deposit is only available to customers with an Australian Bank Account. Customers choosing this option must reply to their order confirmation email with a screenshot of their successful transfer.
Gifts will not be shipped until bank deposit payment has been cleared.
We allow pickups between 9am – 1pm Monday – Friday.
